HOW I WOULD CHANGE THE WORLD...

A great way of changing the world would be recycling more. We can recycle things like paper, glass, plastics, newspapers, magazines, compostable food. People should also re-use plastic bags because it takes over one hundred years for them to biodegrade.

Another easy way to change the world would be planting a tree – it’s a great way to save the earth’s oxygen!

As well as this, you shouldn’t turn on the lights when it’s sunny, you should put on a sweatshirt instead of turning up the heat and you should use efficient light bulbs instead of normal ones. Like this, you can save energy!

Our last suggestion to change the world is saving water. You can save water by taking showers instead of taking baths: a shower uses 3 to 5 gallons of water per minute while a full bath uses 36 gallons and by watering your garden in the morning or in the evening so that water won’t evaporate as easily.

We can do a lot more to save our world. However, we wanted to show that with easy and simple actions we can help to protect the environment.
