Star Academy
Star Academy is small independent private school in lakeview, Missauga. The school is loved for many reasons, including being the most fun, school, to being the most positive and outgoing school in all of Ontario. Many people say that being a small school is worse, but Star Academy has overuled that statement and shown thousands of reasons why being a small school is a wonderful choice, some of the many things that they said is that it gets the students to stay on topic, its easier for the teachers to see if any of the students need help staying on track or with homewrork. To add on what I was saying its also nicer to have a smaller school because you can build better relationships with your teachers and your classmates. For example, in many public
schools, students and teachers find it hard to communicate as much with each other, when 29 more students want to talk with the same teacher. At staracademy, its easier to communicate with teachers, about anything, including troubles with staying on track and homework, or any personal and social problems. Another thing about staracademy is that it is a very green school, in fact Star Academy has won a few awards for helping the enviroment and doing projects on the enviroment. One of the most recent projects was called K.A.R.S (Kids against Road Salt) This projects was viewed by almost 1500 people including one person from Japan! Later on the project that the students created created a documentary, that one the most interesting project at the AGO Toronto. As you can see Star is a great place for anyone!
