Congratulations to the Newest Member of the NABVETS Regional Chaplain Team NABVETS National Chaplain Bishop Leon McClain (704) 301-0107 [email protected] The National Association for Black Veterans places a strong emphasis on creating positive lifestyles for Veterans, and while providing assistance with Veterans’ VA claims plays a large part in attaining that goal, NABVETS provides many other services as well. Recognizing that Veterans face issues that are, in many ways, unique to Veterans, one of the most important of the various services NABVETS provides is the Chaplain Service. The Chaplain Service provides moral support and guidance in many ways. From spiritual guidance and moral support for NABVETS members and leaders to keeping the organization lifted up in prayer, the NABVETS Chaplains are an integral part of creating a positive lifestyle for Veterans in the communities that they serve.
