When I poll people to ask them about their biggest fitness struggles, 99% of the time I hear them say, "I just can't stay consistent." We try something for a little while, don't see the results we want, and then move onto something else only to be frustrated again.

I get it! I have spent more than 12 years as a trainer and created hundreds of fitness programs. When it comes to my fitness, I sometimes find myself getting SUPER impatient after just a few weeks of my current program and am tempted to switch to something different.

And the funny thing is, I have noticed this same behavior rear its ugly head in my business as well. I remind myself that I MUST practice consistency if I EVER want to hit my goals!

As a former fitness competitor, I trained with my coach for 16 weeks during competition season. Sixteen weeks of meal prep and watching what I ate, 16 weeks of workouts, 16 weeks of multiple cardio sessions per day, and 16 weeks of posing practice walking in 4" heels. You get the picture. But when the time came, all that consistency paid off and helped me achieve something I had always wanted to do - be a figure competitor before my 40th birthday! When you stand on a stage in a bikini in front of an audience, you will be so glad you remained consistent in with your training!

Where do you see yourself slacking when it comes to practicing consistency?

Do you find yourself sticking to your diet for about a week before caving into the pull of the chocolate devil?

Do you promise yourself you will get to bed on time, only to find yourself up at all hours of the night?

Do you swear you will get to the gym every day but a week goes by, and your workout clothes are still folded neatly on your dresser?

When it comes to being consistent, there is no easy way around it. You just have to commit to doing it! But when you do, I PROMISE it will be worth it when you get to live YOUR dream!

Committed to your success,
