In a short time, she has become a national model, model consultant, fashion show coordinator, and a pageant queen. Dominique can be seen in magazines, billboards, on television and in blockbuster films. She has even played in a Lifetime movie and has been featured on Fox 26.
In pageantry, Dominique has held three local title, two state title, and four national titles. While holding her 2012 national title, MS United America, she received recognition of achievement in the Who’s Who in Pageantry, the Pageantry Spirit Award and The Presidential Volunteer Service Award by President Barack Obama.
With volunteerism as her platform, Dominique became the founder of The Esteemed Project, Inc. The Esteemed Project is a nonprofit organization committed to helping the youth in the area of low self esteem.
Dominique believes that in order to give back to the community, one must simply be a part of the community!

Life Through the Lens
I’ve always had an innate passion for human love and connection. I think I had a hard time for a while trying to understand why I always seemed to ‘feel’ things more than those around me. To be honest, I still don’t understand why I was given the gift and curse of being such a feeler but I know it’s led me here…
I grew up here in Virginia, attended VCU (Go RAMS!) where I obtained my masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Shortly after getting married, I was pregnant with my first muse, Sage, and the first thing I wanted to do was buy a camera. I wanted to document everything! (Long story short) The rest is history.
Although I hadn’t really been into photography or videography before my kids came along, I wasn’t unfamiliar. To this day I still go back and watch old VHS tapes that my dad recorded on a JVC camcorder of my siblings and I from the 80s and 90s. I want that for my family, and I want that for yours, too. That nostalgic feeling that overtakes your soul as you relive precious memories. That’s my why. That’s where my intense, emotional, feels have guided me.
