2. Learn to say no .

Over the past three years, I’ve had a bit of a struggle when it came to saying no. I accepted every offer for every meeting, brand deal, and event. I was unbelievably busy and had zero time for my family, friends, or myself.

These past six months, I learned how to say no. I learned that getting my priorities straight was priority number one!

So, what does that mean? When it came to priorities, I put God first, then my family, myself, friends, school, business, and finally my hobbies. I took into account that if I say no to things that I'm not 100% committed to, it feels a lot better and there's time to fill in with things that I love.

Obviously, there will be things in life that I absolutely won’t love doing, but if I say no to at least a few items here and there that are optional, my time is a lot easier to manage.

3. Finally, organize your hours!

I always take Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays for my business. I focus on clients, shoots, and meetings on those days before and after school.

On Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays, I focus on school and friends. I do homework or hang out with my family or girl squad while making sure not to focus on being a workaholic.

Sundays are completely for me. Yes, I may have a meeting or shoot that couldn’t be scheduled for another day, but I try my hardest not to have anything structured for Sundays, to revive my system and focus on my health + happiness!

Bam! That’s it. These three tips have helped me over the years, and I hope that they do the same for you all.

Thanks for reading - Ciao for now!
