The Derek and Romaine Show Getting to Know the LGBT Community Via the Airwaves If you’re looking for a great way to connect and learn about everything concerning the gay and lesbian community, then your best bet is to subscribe to Sirius XM and tune into The Derek and Romaine Show. Better known by many as Derek Hartley and Romaine Patterson, the awesome duo have been in syndication on OutQ Radio for over a decade now. everyday banter that goes on between Derek and Romaine. “We’re going on 11 years here at Sirius.
