Daphne has grown up here with us through all the stages since her birth in 2018 , and now she is championing all the learning goals of our AdvancEd Program Kinder class . Wow ! She is always so proud to show us the art she brings home , and has written some hilarious and creative free-writing stories . We have a great time at home doing the homework assignments in the evenings ; a particular favorite was when we practiced for her Christmas play . It has also been amazing to watch her pick up sight words and sounding out new words when we ’ re just going about our day . Most of all , the connections she has made at school have been invaluable to her , especially when the world turned upside down during COVID . She has known many of her friends since she was very small and loves all of her teachers .”
