PLANK JACKS
This exercise mixes abdominal strength and cardio exercises to tone up and burn calories . You must stand with your legs extended supported by your palms ( or forearms ), then jump by spreading your legs without taking your hands off the ground .
CRUNCHES ( abdominals )
This exercise is one of the most common and one in which there are more errors . The correct technique is to tense the abdomen and use these muscles to bend . Avoid pulling your weight with your arms or back .
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Support yourself on the floor with the palms of your hands and feet . You should have your arms as straight as possible . At your own pace , lift your knees ( one at a time ) in ( right toward left and vice versa ). ECCâ–
