conditions are personal between the parties and that these terms of conditions do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts ( Rights of Third Parties ) Act 1999 .
You warrant to the ECB that you have not relied upon any representation not recorded here which has induced you to enter into these terms and conditions .
If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions in these terms and conditions and the provisions of the Programme and event booking terms and conditions available on the registration website , the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail .
If any provision or part-provision of this these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid , illegal or unenforceable , it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid , legal and enforceable . If such modification is not possible , the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted . Any modification to or deletion of a provision or partprovision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions .
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you and the ECB submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales .
