The ECB will register the Coach for the Programme with the Awarding Organisation at the beginning of the Programme induction with the ECB . The Programme must be completed within three years of this date .
Any feedback that you give about the Programme may be used by the ECB and / or the Awarding Organisation for any purpose ( including developing the Programme Materials ) without any obligation to compensate you for your contribution .
Fee and Payment
The cost of the Programme is £ 1,500 ( inclusive of VAT ) per Coach ( the “ Fee ”). This Fee contributes to covering the cost of the following for each Coach :
• Access to ECB e-learning platform and e-learning modules ;
• Face to face modules ;
• Overnight accommodation for the Training Days ( 3 nights ’ accommodation );
• Breakfast and lunch for Training Days ( 3 breakfasts and 6 lunches );
• Programme materials ;
• Two observed sessions by a Coach Developer ;
• Assessment by an Assessor ;
• Registration with the Awarding Organisation ; and
• Certificate .
The following are not included in the Fee :
• accommodation prior to ( except as set out above ), or after , the Training Days
• any meals not listed above ; and
• any travel expenses , including parking .
The Fee must be paid in full at least fourteen days before the start of the Programme . If accepted onto the Programme , a Coach will be sent a link to an online booking system where payment will be collected , unless agreed otherwise by the ECB .
Entry requirements
In order to apply for the Programme , each Coach must be a resident of England or Wales and hold one of the following minimum qualifications :
• ECB Coach Award ( UKCC Level 2 );
• ECB Certificate in Coaching Children ’ s Cricket ( UKCC Level 2 );
• ECB Certificate in Coaching Young People and Adults ’ Cricket ( UKCC Level 2 );
• ECB Level 2 qualification ; or
• ECB Core Coach .
Application
Each Coach must complete and submit an online application in full using the link provided by the ECB . As part of the application , Coaches must provide contact information of referees who may be contacted by the ECB for reference purposes . Coaches must ensure that their referees have consented to being listed to provide a reference and consent to their contact details being shared with the ECB .
Applications must be completed and submitted to the ECB before the closing date for the Programme which is 5pm BST on 5 August 2024 . An on-screen notification will acknowledge
