The acquisition criteria for target properties will be defined as
follows:
• Property type: Office, Medical office, Multi-family and/or Retail
• Target Acquisition price: up to $15 million
• Location: Class B location or better within DFW Metroplex with a focus
on suburban submarkets
• Value-add potential
• Properties must be stable
