I was about to leave when he spoke. “Excuse me young girl, thank you so much for your sandwich. I haven’t eaten vegetables lately. I was grateful for your kindness. Let me give you something to cheer you up.” He handed me a pair of orange candies like Skittles but then I noticed they have small roots like it was a bean to be planted. “It’s okay Mister—“ I was about to hand it over to him when I realized there was no beggar there. I was too confused so I head home. “I’m home Dad!” I said as I reached for the door to open. “Dad?” I heard no response. I reached for the fridge and saw his note. I reached for my vegetable cereal and headed to my room. It was time for my favorite television series Wizards of Waverly Place when I thought about the candies. I reached for them and threw them away, it landed on the carpet below. I was about to drink my fresh milk when Sloppy, my Chihuahua, nudged me. “Stop it Sloppy! It’s my milk!” It’s too late for that now, my milk slipped from my hand and landed on the carpet. “Now what? Dad would kill me for this!” I turned off the television and find a rug when I saw the candies emanated a faint light. I watched as the candies began to glow and suddenly made a big glowing green circle on the carpet! It grew bigger and bigger as they reached me and I was dragged from below.
