Brad Banias
BANIAS LAW
Brad Banias is a federal court immigration litigator, founder and Partner of Banias Law, LLC. He started his career as a Department of Justice trial attorney defending EB-5 policies, then started his private practice. For the past 12 years, he has represented regional centers and thousands of investors to challenge EB-5 delays, policies, and denials. During this time, Banias has taught and mentored other EB-5 petition attorneys in litigation.
