Robert C. Divine is an EB-5 immigration attorney and leader of Baker Donelson ' s immigration practice group, specializing in litigation and business immigration, particularly the EB-5 program. He has served as vice president of the EB-5 Regional Center Trade Association IIUSA and has extensive experience with USCIS. Divine earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
