EB-5, like every other employment-based immigrant category, has a numerical quota limitation set
by Congress. For EB-5, that limitation is approximately 10,000 visas. However, this does not mean
that 10,000 investors can immigrate through EB-5 each year, but rather, the limitation on investors
is closer to 4,000 per year, as the 10,000 limitation includes both investors and family members.
