revoke. Zhu supervises the filings of over 3,000 investor
petitions that represent $1.5 billion in investments. Zhu has
several years’ experience in corporate and securities laws
primarily working with Chinese companies. Her experience
includes reverse mergers, PIPEs, initial public offerings,
follow-on public offerings and exchange act filings.
WHY DID YOU GET INVOLVED
IN THE EB-5 INDUSTRY?
Before joining Wolfsdorf Rosenthal, I had several years’
experience in corporate and securities laws, primarily
representing Chinese companies in mergers, private
offerings and IPOs. I am glad that I can take advantage of
my securities law experience in my EB-5 immigration law
practice. As our office represents thousands of EB-5
investors, as well as regional centers and projects, I strive to
solve their problems, hand-hold them through difficult visa
backlog situations, and help them become a U.S. permanent
resident. Being an EB-5 lawyer is challenging yet rewarding.
