Squash Muffaletta Sliders with Seared Salmon Makes 1 serving of three a muffaletta sliders Ingredients: 1 Squash 2oz of sliced turkey breast 2oz Honey Ham 2oz Salami 2oz Prosciutto 1oz Red Onion 4oz Gouda Cheese 2oz Sundried tomatoes 2oz Garlic Aioli 4oz Salmon Filet 1 tbls olive oil ½ tsp minced garlic Salt and Pepper to taste Procedure: Slice squash a little over ½ inch thick. Combine 1tsp Olive Oil, minced garlic, and s&p. Rub squash in mixture. Grill on open flame for about 1-2mins per side. Spread garlic aioli on one side of each squash slice. Dice red onion and sundried tomato. Layer as followed: Squash, turkey, ham, gouda cheese, red onion and sundried tomato, salami, prosciutto , and squash. Place in 325 degree oven for 8mins. Rub salmon in remaining amount of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sear each side 4 mins. Plate up and Enjoy
