Soak chicken thighs in Italian dressing and your favorite seasoning. EWKJ uses Slap Ya Mama. Take the seasoned chicken and stuff it with canned LEAF SPINACH. Put a layer of PEPPERjack cheese in the middle of the chicken and fold the thighs closed. Bake the chicken until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Feel free to use chicken breasts. Toothpicks can be used to keep the chicken closed.
