This is so easy that all you need to do is season your ground meat, add your
cooking with love ingredients, rice and diced tomatoes. Cook thoroughly
and definitely taste the mixture to make sure it is delicious. Add your
shrimp and crab meat and cook a little more.
Stuff the mixture in the bell peppers and sprinkle with Italian bread
crumbs. Run the bell peppers in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the
bred crumbs are lightly golden brown.
