Ingredients: 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 6 cups of popped popcorn 1. In a small pan, melt together corn syrup and sugar. 2. Add peanut butter and melt. 3. Be careful not to boil the mixture too much. The peanut butter will start to burn. 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. 5. Stir mixture over popcorn and stir heavily to cover the popcorn evenly. Peanut butter popcorn can also be made with the same ingredients needed to make peanut butter candy. Pour 4 cups of sugar with a 12 oz can of evaporated milk. Cook the sugar for about 12 minutes stirring consistently. Add a 16 oz can of peanut butter (the cheapest kind works the best) and cook for another 20 minutes. Again, consistently stir the mixture. Pour the peanut butter mixture over popped popcorn. ENJOY!
