Ingredient:
2 cups Steen’s Syrup
Directions: Boil your syrup for
about 25 minutes. Test the syrup
by putting a 1/2 teaspoon of it in a
cup of water. You should be able to
grab the soft ball between your
thumb and pointer finger. It should
not hold its shape, but it should
have some texture.
EWKJ Tip: Pop your popcorn on the
stove according to the package directions.
Do not rinse the pot and use that same
pot again to boil the Steen’s Syrup.
