Shopping List 2 pounds of cubed beef 2 cartons of beef broth 1 large 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes 1/2 head of red cabbage 1 white onion 1 purple onion 3 stalks of celery 3 cloves of garlic 1 head of cauliflower 1 head of brocalli head 6 oz bag of baby carrots (chopped) 10 oz can of whole kernel corn Beef boullion cubes Go ahead and make this soup to your liking by adding more of the vegetables that you like. If you like your soup more watery, add water and beef boullion cubes for flavor. This beef vegetable soup is so easy because all you have to do is chop up your vegetables and dump them in your “soup pot”. Once you get you beef broth in the pot, add your beef. It doesn’t matter the order in which you put your vegetables in the soup pot . You can put in other ingredients such as peas, string beans, carrots, pasta and potatoes. Just be careful when you freeze the peas, string beans, carrots, pasta and potatoes. These ingredients don’t freeze very well in the soup.
