Thinspo tips and tricks
Are you tired of feeling fat? Do you wish you could shed all of those unwanted pounds as fast as a cheetah can run? Well look no further! Because I have some tips for you!
1. Do not eat after 6:00, and do not eat before 3:00.
2. Ana must be the center of your life.
3. Drink lots and lots of water.
4. Exercise every day.
5. Avoid fried foods.
6. Always take the stairs.
7. Go to bed early, rise early.
8. Eat no more than 1000 calories
