Pack bite-sized foods that are easy to carry. Dig into
these delicious ideas by mixing and matching.
1. Mini whole grain pita spread with nut butter
and stuffed with apple, pear or banana slices
2. Raw vegetables such as carrots, peppers,
zucchini, radishes, cherry or grape tomatoes
paired with hummus or bean dip
3. Fresh or frozen berries with yogurt
