As creative director of the resort’s dining room, Fresh Tracks Café, skiers were constantly begging for Shelly’s innovative and delicious recipes - and a cookbook author was born. 8 WWW.EATINEATOUT.CA Whitewater Cooks with Passion is the fourth book in the series.
