5 parts Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc 1 part vanilla flavoured vodka 1 tsp honey syrup ( 2:1 ratio , honey to water , mixed well ) 1 dash Angostura bitters 2 tsp edible gold leaf
Combine liquid ingredients and 1 tsp gold leaf with ice in a mixing glass . Stir with ice and strain over fresh ice ( large chunk preferable ) in a rocks glass . Decorate cocktail with remaining gold leaf . MAKES 1

1.5 parts Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc 1 part vanilla flavoured vodka 1 part matcha tea syrup * 1 / 2 parts lemon juice 1 / 2 parts lime juice 1 part egg white 1 part cream Top with sparkling water
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake DRY . Add ice then shake . Strain into glass then pour sparkling water in a careful stream toward the center of the glass . The head of the drink will raise above the glass ' lip just slightly when it is ready . MAKES 1
* MATCHA TEA SYRUP : combine 1 part brewed matcha tea with 1 part white sugar until dissolved . Cool before using and store refrigerated .
