Stephanie, creator of the blog Global Dish, contributed to the first issue of EIEO with
a restaurant review. In the next issue she served up some delicious recipes. It was
clear she was a talent that I had to snap up permanently, so I offered her the
position of West Coast Editor. Her recipes, chef profiles and restaurant reviews have
been an amazing feature in every issue since. Here is one of my favourites.
