MAXIMIZING YOUR
BRAIN POWER after a sleepy
summer schedule is top priority for
many people. We know that being active
can boost productivity and learning,
but what about foods?
According to Dr. Carol Greenwood, brain health
and nutrition researcher at the Bayview Centre for
Geriatric Care, in Toronto, there is no single
superfood for your brain. Blueberries aren’t any
better than strawberries for your brain. It’s just that
more research dollars are dedicated to
studying blueberries and brain health. In
fact, salmon and pomegranates
aren’t miracle brain foods
either.
