All units can be ordered with aluminum or stainless steel frames.
Stainless steel pumps, fittings and coils are available for food grade usage.
Steam Options & Units
Wet Steam Kits All of our industrial hot water units are available with wet steam capabilities.( Must Be Purchased with Unit) A combo wet steam / high pressure unit is extremely versatile. It allows you to switch from high pressure to wet steam in minutes.
Benefits of Wet Steam
• Completely eliminates oily residue from surfaces( Great for paint preparation)
• Reduces the volume of chemical needed
• Gentle on delicate masonry stone work
• Little to no splatter to the surrounding area when cleaning greasy surfaces
• Reduced water consumption i. e. less clean up / run off
Application Example: When washing a truck you are able to use high pressure on the exterior and switch over to steam for the rads and engine compartment which is much safer for delicate components and sensors.
Dry Steam
Wet Steam Unit: � 14 HP Kohler Gas Engine, 300 ° F Output Temp. Ideal for specific users with specific applications such as: thawing ice, fire hydrants, decal removal, truck scales and restaurant vent cleaning. Less versatile then a combo unit but if all you require is wet steam this compact package is ideal!
Dry Steam Options Available Dry steam( 350 ° F +) is vapor with no moisture content. This is required for applications in the pipe relining industry and degassing tanks.
