I am very excited to be at Eastpointe Country Club and enhance our marketing outreach and membership programs! For those who have not met me yet, my position entails overseeing new member orientations as well as leading the marketing campaigns and communication for the Club.

I am confident that this year will be a year to remember at the Club. I am excited to report that we have contracted with Mass Interact to create a Google 360 Virtual Tour of our Club that gives prospective members, event clients, and guests the impression that they are touring the Club from their seat, allowing them to see our Club from anywhere around the world, 24 / 7. This also increases our SEO( Search Engine Optimization) which allows us to appear higher within search results, increasing our exposure. This will generate more leads that potentially convert to sales. Not only will this be added to our Google page, we will receive all rights to the tour, allowing us to embed the tour on our website and social media, also increasing our SEO. Filming day for the tour is Tuesday, May 30 th.
Our public website is also currently undergoing a transformation. The objective is to provide enhanced, meaningful content that keeps viewers on the site longer and will also increase our SEO ranking. Viewers can soon look for the Eastpointe Culinary Corner, a Club Lifestyle page, a new Social and Local Happenings page, and more. I am excited to announce that our Culinary Corner on the Member’ s website is now live! This is a fun and informative monthly update from Chef Jacqueline. Check back occasionally for new pages!
We have also recently launched a Facebook advertising campaign directed at potential wedding clients and a campaign for summer membership. Both have achieved amazing results! Also, to come is our new Digital Display! Each clubhouse will soon feature a modern 52” delivery information system, displaying instant updates; member events; tournament results and much more.
To additionally enhance the membership experience, we will initiate our New Member Orientation Program! Amanda Schilling and I will be working closely to fine-tune this process and make it an easy transition for new members. Read more about this process in next month’ s newsletter!
