Greetings from the Fitness Center!
It has been a busy season and we made it through the Holidays! Why not continue the festivities by working out with a friend? It’ s one of the best ways to stay with a routine. Whether you choose to have your workout inside or outside, activities are always more fun in numbers. We will be continuing our Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Pilates, Chair Yoga, and Gentle Yoga with new dates. Sign up sheets for classes are available in the East Fitness Center. Please see our updated fitness schedule following this letter.
As a reminder, guests are permitted in the Fitness Center after 11:00 AM. The morning hours is a busy time, so I please ask for your cooperation to help with ease of space. Also, please be courteous to other members; wipe down equipment and re-rack weights when finished.

Helpful hints before you even start your match:
1. Which way is the wind blowing? 2. Where is the sun? 3. Grade your opponent Left or right handed? Are opponents wearing any braces? Their speed? Age? 4. Read your opponents – Mannerisms for clues on things bothering them 5. Check their grip 6. Decide who has had a better warm up in serving and that person will serve first 7. Decide on who is playing what side.
