Greetings from the Fitness Center !
It has been a busy season and we made it through the Holidays ! Why not continue the festivities by working out with a friend ? It ’ s one of the best ways to stay with a routine . Whether you choose to have your workout inside or outside , activities are always more fun in numbers . We will be continuing our Aqua Aerobics , Aqua Pilates , Chair Yoga , and Gentle Yoga with new dates . Sign up sheets for classes are available in the East Fitness Center . Please see our updated fitness schedule following this letter .
As a reminder , guests are permitted in the Fitness Center after 11:00 AM . The morning hours is a busy time , so I please ask for your cooperation to help with ease of space . Also , please be courteous to other members ; wipe down equipment and re-rack weights when finished .

Helpful hints before you even start your match :
1 . Which way is the wind blowing ? 2 . Where is the sun ? 3 . Grade your opponent Left or right handed ? Are opponents wearing any braces ? Their speed ? Age ? 4 . Read your opponents – Mannerisms for clues on things bothering them 5 . Check their grip 6 . Decide who has had a better warm up in serving and that person will serve first 7 . Decide on who is playing what side .
