“ And it ’ s called Black Magic !” We all sang as the car slowly parked outside a small cottage . Straight away we started unpacking I grabbed my suitcase and wondered why it was even more heavy than it was after I packed it , but I found out when I opened it .
“ So this is where we are staying then ?” Josie asked as she jumped out of my suitcase . “ What are you doing ?!?” I asked Josie whilst she grabbed a pile of her clothes that were in my suitcase for some reason . “ Well you have a huge suitcase and I knew you wouldn ’ t pack much . Seems I was right , so I looked and thought oooh I can fit in there with a pile of my own clothes ! So I snuck into your suitcase before Greg loaded it into the car , and bang I ’ m here on holiday with you now !!” Josie exclaimed . “ Do your parents know your here ?” I asked her as we went down the oak stairs to go and tell my parents . “ Yes !” Josie answered happily smiling from ear to ear .
“ So your telling me that Josie had snuck into your suitcase and now she ’ s here ?” My Nan Debra asked . “ Uh …. yes !” I answered . “ Well we can ’ t go back now seeing as it ’ s almost dark and Josie told her parents that we said she can come . We are lucky there is a spare bed here !” Mum explained …
I felt a tug at my blanket duvet as the sun began to rise . “ Wake up Willow ,” a voice said still tugging on my blanket . My eyes slowly opened and there was Josie staring down at me . “ Yay your up !” Josie said smiling “ Now we have to wake up Andie !” she told me as I slowly got out of my bed zombie like following Josie into the room next door .
When I got in Josie was already tugging at the blanket and shaking Andie . “ Wake up !” Josie moaned violently shaking my sister . Josie slowly stopped , “ Is she dead ?” She asked me a sad look on her face . “ No Andie is just a deep sleeper !” I explained to her . “ Oh …” Josie said before sighing a huge sigh of relief .
“ Can we watch football !” Leo , my little brother asked gleefully , hoping for a yes . “ No we have other plans for today , sorry !” Mum said . “ Are we going to see fairies ?” My little sister Bella asked . “ Nope !” Greg answered .
Josie ran ahead of me in her bright pink bather whilst I was in my light blue bather . “ I am so happy I have come with you Willow !” she yelled as the sparkly blue pool came into view . I watched as Josie got ready to dive into the pool . SPLASH !!!! There was a huge splash as she launched herself into the pool …
“ That was great fun !” Josie told me as she was getting dressed into some dry clothes from the cubicle next door . “ It ’ s sad that you have only booked one night and two days here ! Why do we have to go home TODAY !!” Josie whined .
I looked sadly out the window as the cottage left our view . I was feeling tired when we dropped Josie off and I was fast asleep before we even got back to our house .
