Freedom from Stress
7:30pm • Free, but call to reserve a seat
We tend to think stress is
caused by the conditions
of our life. In fact, stress is
not found in circumstances,
but in our own minds and
hearts. This is good news, because while it’s often impossible to have circumstances be as we want, it is
possible to influence our own minds and thus
short-circuit stress before it becomes harmful. David Gamow, author of Freedom from
Stress, left Wall Street to immerse himself in
living eastern teachings for the past 30 years.
As founder of Clarity Seminars, he has taught
stress reduction to 25,000 people at places
like Stanford, NASA, GE, the U.S. Treasury,
and the U.N.
