How Do I Register?
Fax your registration form with credit
card information to 651-702-8496 We have a sliding fee scale for ECFE
classes and sibling care. Use the chart
on page 20 to determine fee for the
first child attending the class. Any
additional children attending the same
class are half the fee. List any children
who will need sibing care and add
sibling care fee. Include total class fee
and sibling care fee in total fees due.

Selecting a Class
Choose a class based on your child’s
age as of September 1, 2018. This
date is used to determine eligibility
for classes for both Semester I and
Semester II.

Payment plans can be arranged by
calling 651-702-8411. No family will
be denied participation in parent-child
classes due to inability to pay fees.
Payments
Payment for Semester I is due at the
time of registration. Payment for
Semester II is due December 21.
Immunization Records
Immunization records MUST
accompany the registration form if your
child is participating in a parent-child
class or sibling care. Class registrations
will not be processed without an up-to-
date immunization record each school
year. Immunization records can be
faxed directly from your clinic.

Class Confirmations
If you registered online or provided
an e-mail address on your registration
form you will receive an email
confirmation. You will be notified by
phone only if you did not get into the
first-choice class you registered for.
Cancellations
Classes are cancelled if registration
does not meet minimum requirements
by September 1 for Semester I and
December 21 for Semester II.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued when requested
before the registration deadline or
at least five working days prior to
the class starting date. A $15 service
charge will be deducted from each
refund processed. We reserve the right
to cancel classes due to insufficient
enrollment. Fees paid will be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for classes
missed by participants or after a class
has started. Class cancellations due to
weather conditions are not refundable
and will not be made up.
