PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
• Enrollment is not guaranteed and is based on space availability . Once you complete the online registration you will be put on a “ pending approval status ” in the order the registration is received . Your credit card will not be charged for the registration fee until your child is confirmed in the program . You will not be confirmed in the program until all required forms are received . Once you are approved , you will receive an email confirmation and your credit card will be charged .
• Annual preschool registration requires a non-refundable fee of $ 65 .
• After registrations meets the maximum number , additional registrations go onto the waitlist and if space becomes available , you will be notified .
• Preschoolers may only be registered for one preschool class .
• Monthly tuition is processed via auto-pay on the first business day of each month .
• No additions to classes or class changes will be allowed August 24-Sept . 11 . After Sept . 11 , please contact us at 651-407-2441 for registration and / or class changes .
• Preschool students must be potty trained :
• 3-year-old preschool students should be mostly bathroom independent , knowing when they need to use the bathroom , and are having few accidents .
• 4-year-old preschool students need to be completely potty trained . * Special circumstances are accommodated due to medical needs or children on an IEP .
Cancellation Policy
• When you register for preschool you are registering for the entire school year : Sept . -May . Cancellation midyear requires a 2-week written notice and a $ 50 fee .
• If you cancel between June 30-August 1 , 2023 , a $ 75 cancellation fee will be charged .
• If you cancel on or after August 1 , 2023 , you will be responsible for the first month FULL tuition .
Required Forms
• Immunization documentations faxed to 651-407-2038 attn : Early Childhood
• All 4 year old preschool students are required to have had an Early Childhood Screening or have an appointment for Early Childhood Screening .
• Complete all questionnaires online .
• Student & Family handbook must be read and agreed to .
