ECFE TUITION , FEES & POLICIES
• All families are welcome to participate in ECFE classes !
• The State Legislature requires all ECFE programs to use a sliding fee scale based on household income .
• No in-district family will be denied participation in parent-child classes due to inability to pay fees . To arrange payment plan call 651-407-2443 .

Cancellations - ECFE reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment . Fees paid will be refunded .
Refund Policy - Refunds will be issued if requested at least 5 business days prior to the class start date . A $ 15 service charge will be deducted from each refund processed . Refunds will not be issued after a class starts or for classes missed by participants .
Immunization Records - Immunization Records MUST accompany the registration if your child is participating in a parent-child class or sibling care . Class registrations will not be processed without an up-to-date immunization record each school year . Immunization records can be faxed directly from your clinic to : 651-407-2038 .
