Case study of a Pilates Learner
I have been doing Pilates for several years.
I work in a cancer centre so work is stressful. I have always been your non-
exercise type but working in cancer medicine and recommending exercise to
others meant I had to do something.
Pilates can be done at various levels which I enjoy. I was back in the class only
a few weeks post surgery. Karmen simply worked with me and together we
discovered that I need not be afraid of the stretches.
I would recommend the class for those who want to try to get and fit and
supple, who want to go at their own pace and as a bonus you get to meet other
lovely supportive people and a wonderful teacher.
