Mindfulness - through art
Mindfulness is about living in the moment, in the now. The thinking is based on the fact that we
can no longer influence the past, which makes regrets futile and we cannot control the future, so
all we have is this moment to take care of. Mindfulness encompasses anything from holding still,
to breathing, meditation, gratitude, using art to really see, being in nature and much more. Learn
useful techniques which you can put into actions straight away and allow yourself to become a
human ’being’, rather than a human ‘doing’.
