An apprenticeship could be the route for you An apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with classroom learning, and provides you with the skills and qualifications needed for your chosen career. Anyone over 16 and not in full-time education can apply for an apprenticeship, whether you have recently left school, have been working for years, or are seeking a career change. At Ealing Adult Learning we offer a range of apprenticeship standards which are applicable to a wide range of industries. We work with employers to create programmes which allow employees to quickly progress within their field while on the job.
