This course is suitable for designated first aiders and for anyone else with an interest in first aid . You will learn about the role of the first aider , how to manage an emergency and deal with issues such as bleeding , choking , burns and resuscitation . Defibrillator training included .

A short course which provides an introduction to workplace food hygiene health and safety procedures . This course will benefit anyone working or planning to work alongside food .

Food Hygiene Level 1

This course will raise awareness of key food safety issues and provide employees with an introduction to food hygiene . The course covers the importance of hygiene and cleanliness when handling food and how to keep food free from contamination . You will sit a test at the end of this one-day course and upon successful completion receive a Level 1 award .
