Want to earn while you learn ? An apprenticeship could be the route for you
An apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with classroom learning , and provides you with the skills and qualifications needed for your chosen career . Anyone over 16 and not in full-time education can apply for an apprenticeship , whether you have recently left school , have been working for years , or are seeking a career change .
At Ealing Adult Learning we offer a range of apprenticeship standards which are applicable to a wide range of industries . We work with employers to create programmes which allow employees to quickly progress within their field while on the job .
Apprenticeship opportunities with Ealing Adult Learning
• Health and Social Care - Level 2 / 3 : If you want a career in health and social care then this apprenticeship is for you . Learn the skills , and achieve the qualifications needed to work in the career industry .
• Customer Service - Level 2 / 3 : Learn how to assist customers on the shop floor and master sales techniques by becoming a product specialist .
• Supported Teaching and Learning in Schools - Level 2 / 3 : Learn the skills to support pupils in their individual learning and development , in a safe , secure and challenging environment .
• Business Management - Level 2 / 3 : Working in business management requires a large range of different skills and knowledge . This apprenticeship will help you to understand a number of key management processes .
Apply for an apprenticeship
In order to undertake an apprenticeship standard you will need to have a job with a contract of employment for at least 30-hours per week , or have a firm offer of employment within your chosen occupational area .
