We hope that your summer ended pleasantly and that the new school year is off to a successful start. As we move
toward our busiest season, there are just a few reminders to take note of:
Summer Sizzle Members:
• Please remember that your $150 food minimum must be met by the end of your membership – 10/31/19.
Any unspent food minimum will be charged to your final statement. If you have questions regarding your
food minimum balance, please send an inquiry to [email protected] and we will be happy to provide
that info.
• Interested in continuing your membership? Please reach out to [email protected] and we can answer
any questions, update your account information, and help you upgrade to the membership that best fits your
needs.
Billing Inquiries, Statement Disputes, Medical Leave Requests, & Cancellations:
• Please send any and all billing inquiries, statement disputes, medical leave requests, and cancellation of
membership notices in writing to [email protected].
Seasonal (Snowbird) Memberships:
• We’re looking forward to having all of our returning Seasonal Members in residence! Please reach out to us
at [email protected] at your earliest convenience to update your account with this year’s membership
dates, any contact information changes, etc.
