Goodbye Summer! The team & I are very excited to
exit the dog days of the Summer and move into our
busier season! The summer rains are dissipating, we
are starting to see some slightly cooler temps, and the
event calendar is looking busy for the next couple of
months. My first complete Fiscal Year at Eaglebrooke
is completed which was very successful! Not only did
we beat our EBITDA budget for the year, we were able
to complete close to $40K in capital improvements
at the facility. We appreciate all of the support from
our members and residents and look forward to
continuing to grow our business in the year ahead!
I would like to welcome back our Eaglebrooke Women’s Golf Association! Our ladies kicked off the year on
Wednesday, September 11th and had a great turnout for the opening day! We look forward to seeing everyone
back each and every Wednesday!
Congratulations to Paul Meyer for winning the $1,000 Pot of Gold on August
21st! Join us at the Club every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm for your chance to
WIN! Please note, you must be an annual member to have your name entered
into the drawing, and you must be here to WIN!
I’m proud to announce that the Florida State Golf Association chosen
Eaglebrooke to host the Senior Two-Man Shootout on Friday, November 1st and
Saturday, November 2nd. These events bring great golfers and awesome exposure
to our facility from all around the state. The golf course will be closed all day on
Friday, and in the morning on Saturday. John & I are currently in the process of
working with some fellow courses to help our members with some reciprocal
times. If you are interested in playing in this event, please visit www.fsga.org.
Please note, the Golf Outing season is right
around the corner. October is typically one
of the busier months for golf outings along
with months in the Spring. We have added a section of the bottom of the
calendars with some dates / times each month where play may possibly be
impacted due to a large group. Please reach out to the Golf Shop if you have
questions regarding some of these dates or would like for us to book a time
elsewhere for you & your group.
Please feel free to reach out if we can be of any assistance.
