LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
I ’ m pleased to announce that our facility will be receiving a fleet of new golf carts . We have ordered 65 Club Car Tempo cars with Lithium Batteries . The expected arrival date is early November .
Beginning on October 12th , we began enforcing two riders in facility owned carts . There has seemed to be some confusion regarding this policy . Please note : if you are using a facility owned cart , regardless of your Trail Fee / Cart Plan , you need to pair up with anyone else in a “ facility owned golf cart ” if the option is available . Nobody is exempt from this policy . If you choose to ride solo ( when you have the option to pair up ), each player will incur an additional $ 20 fee . Our goal is to keep our cart fleet in great shape for many years to come and eliminate any unnecessary wear and tear on our cart fleet .
At the end of October , Guest Passes were mailed out to all Golf members . A “ guest pass ” will allow you to bring a guest to our facility at a $ 25 cart fee rate . All guests must be accompanied by a member in good standing . These passes will expire at the end of 2021 . Platinum & Gold Members will receive 6 passes , and Silver Members will receive 2 passes .
Traditionally , the members of our facility have been overly gracious to our team around the holidays . Each year , an automated $ 40 charge is placed on the member account to help provide our team with a little something extra for the holiday season . You will see this charge on your November statement . The funds collected from this are divided up to our hourly team members , based on hours worked throughout the year . This is totally optional for our members . If you wish to opt out , please send an email to billing @ eaglebrooke . com before November 20th .
