CULINARY NEW S
Hello Eaglebrooke Members ,
The Culinary team is gearing up for an exciting and busy month ahead ! After one of our slower months in September , October is shaping up to be one of our busiest . We ’ re expecting food revenue to jump by more than 75 % from September to October , which is pretty typical for the Florida market as we move into the fall season .
We ’ re also spicing up our weekend Brunch menu with some delicious new additions ! You ’ ll now find Biscuits & Gravy , Avocado Toast , and a refreshing Granola Bowl . We ’ re committed to keeping things fresh and will be updating our menus more frequently . I ’ d love to hear your thoughts and ideas , so please feel free to reach out to me directly with any suggestions you have .
Our in-house events have been going strong , and we ’ re excited for what ’ s coming up in October . Mark your calendars for Oktoberfest Night on Wednesday , October 9th ! The menu will feature authentic German dishes like Sauerbraten , Pork Schnitzel , German Stuffed Cabbage , Potato Pancakes , Braised Red Cabbage , Spaetzle , and of course , German Chocolate Cake for dessert . This event was a hit last year , so be sure to make your reservations early !
Looking a little further ahead , don ’ t forget about our annual Thanksgiving Day Brunch ! We ’ ll be seating guests from 11 AM to 3 PM and have an amazing Turkey Day menu planned . We ’ ve already received close to 100 reservations and are expecting a very busy day , so be sure to contact Brandy soon to reserve your family ’ s spot !
We look forward to serving you this season and can ’ t wait to see you at these special events !
