Mark your calendars for Wednesday , December 13th ! Eaglebrooke will be hosting our 3rd annual Member Holiday Party & Pro Shop Sale . Our team has a special night planned . Make sure to RSVP with Brandy so our team can plan accordingly . Don ’ t miss out !
With the Holidays right around the corner , I wanted to make everyone aware that we have some restricted hours of operation . On Thanksgiving , golfers have the option to play the course and tee off up until 11am . The Trophy Room will be closed due to the Thanksgiving Day Brunch . Please note , we are still taking reservations for the great feast that Chef Sam has prepared .
In early December , all of our Golf Members will be receiving guest passes ( via mail ) for 2024 . Gold & Platinum Memberships will receive 6 guest passes , and Silver members will receive 2 guest passes . If you recently have had an address change , please make us aware by emailing billing @ eaglebrooke . com . Communication will be included in our weekly emails with a more definitive time frame .
Traditionally , the members of our facility have been overly gracious to our team around the holidays . Each year , an automated charge is placed on the members account to help provide our team members with a little something extra around the holidays . The funds are split amongst our hourly team members based on hours worked throughout the year . This year , the optional charge is $ 45 . If you wish to opt out , please send an email request to billing @ eaglebrooke . com .
