Happy February Eaglebrooke .
We ’ re thrilled to share that January was another fantastic month for our Food & Beverage team ! Thanks to your continued support , we ’ ve seen great success with our specialty dining nights , including the Fish Fry and Prime Rib evenings . In fact , our revenues were up over 35 % compared to last January — a testament to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team . A big shoutout to them for making it all happen !
Brandy and I have been busy planning some exciting events for the months ahead . Valentine ’ s Day is just around the corner , and we ’ re expecting a wonderful turnout . Looking ahead , we ’ re gearing up for a fun and festive St . Patrick ’ s Day celebration , as well as our always-popular annual Easter Brunch . The Easter Brunch is one of our busiest events of the year , so we encourage you to RSVP early to secure your spot .
We ’ re also hard at work creating fresh , new menu items for our spring menu launch . As always , we welcome your ideas and feedback to help us continue enhancing your dining experience at the Club . Thank you for your ongoing support , and we look forward to serving you soon !
