THE SOLHEIM CUP WINNERS
The 2nd Annual Solheim Cup was played on November 14, 2019 between Eaglebrooke and Grasslands. The
Eaglebrooke ladies kept the cup for the second time. The competition started on Wednesday evening at the
pairings party where the teams were announced by team captains Kirsten Haake and Mary Elle Krakowski.
Eaglebrooke represented the European group while Grasslands represented the USA. Thursday’s play was Best
Ball on the front 9 with a Scramble on the back 9. Final Score Europeans (Eaglebrooke) 101 ½ USA (Grasslands)
88 ½.
