Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to complete the member survey . These surveys help our team understand how the overall membership as a whole view specific sectors of our operation and will assist us in planning & execution to make the overall membership experience better . The survey has just recently closed , and our team is in the process of reviewing the results .
Mark your Calendars ! Our team will be hosting a One-Day Member Guest Tournament on Saturday , September 21st ( 8am start ). This event is open to all Men & Women Platinum & Gold members with an established handicap . Teams will be flighted by team index ( please ensure your guest has a handicap ). The team entry fee for the event is $ 225 and will include a Bloody Mary Bar , Breakfast Sandwiches , Lunch , a Tee Gift , Golf Fees , and a Prize Purse for our top performers . We are seeking a sponsor or two for this event . If you are interested in sponsoring this event , or have any questions , please see Rick Weber .
I ’ m excited to announce that we are making plans adding a Director of Tennis & Sports to our team . As our membership continues to grow , we feel that we have a lot of opportunity on the table to add programming inside the pool / activity court area . Stay tuned for more details as we progress .
Some of you may have noticed Maddie out on the course over the past few weeks . Maddie has recently been accepted into the Troon Leadership program . This is a program designed to grow our people that want to have a career as a Controller / GM in the Golf Industry . Over the course of the next few months , Maddie will be working in all departments at the facility to sharpen her skills and learn in the ins and outs of each department . Additionally , I would like to congratulate Cayden & Jackson ( Golf Shop Attendants ) for enrolling into the PGA of America . They will each be working through the first level of the program . It is exciting to work alongside all of these up and comers in our industry !
We are excited to launch our new lunch / dinner menu this month . The new menu has close to 20 “ new ” items . Pop over to the Trophy Room and try one of our new items today !
